IObservable<Unit> Insert(IDictionary<string, byte[]> keyValuePairs, DateTimeOffset? absoluteExpiration = null)

Summary: Inserts several keys into the database at one time. If any individual insert fails, this operation should cancel the entire insert (i.e. it should not partially succeed).
